Make Venue’s properties have once again dominated the BVA BDRC VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation, this time for performance in quarter three of 2019. The group’s Woodland Grange, Engineers’ House and Broadway House venues are all once again on the list, underlining the continued quality and consistency of Make Venues run properties.
The VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation is given to those properties recording a twelve-month Net Promoter Score of +70 or higher from Business Event Host responses in the twelve-month period October 2018 to September 2019. Furthermore, each twelve-month period requires 40+ responses with at least ten responses per calendar quarter, ensuring that quality is consistently measured and updated.
“The fact that the properties have remained at Gold Standard for such a long time is testament to the team we have here at Make Venues and their continued ambition to be the very best they can, every single day,” commented David Vaughton, Managing Director, Make Venues. “These accreditations mean an awful lot to us, but more importantly they are a sign of confidence for our customers, who continue to share in our achievements as a brand.”
VenueVerdict is the only accreditation programme determined entirely by the voice of the customer and based on the meeting experience. It provides an independent measurement and improvement tool for venues to understand the end-to-end journey of event planners, identify service gaps and benchmark against the competition.
