What is Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and Why it Matters
On this half day course, aimed at Managers, Supervisors and HR professionals, delegates will learn about Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and why it is important, the Equality Act 2010 and the different types of discrimination, you will learn about harassment, banter, bullying and victimisation and the legal frameworks that exist to protect employees from discrimination and unfair treatment in the workplace.
