Understanding Banter, Harassment, Bullying and Victimisation
In this half day course aimed at Managers and Supervisors, delegates will learn about the different behaviours that can be defined as banter, harassment and victimisation. Covering the important topics of dignity and respect in the workplace and how to cultivate a good culture, delegates will also learn about the law, harassment and bullying differences, and how to handle complaints.
