In this half day course aimed at Managers and Supervisors, delegates will learn about the process and policy application of managing a grievance case, from investigation through to the appeal stages. Delegates will learn about employment law, and the challenges managers face when dealing with grievance incidents in the workplace.

- Understanding why people submit a grievance (and why they don’t!)
- Managing the grievance process both informally and formally (investigations, grievance hearings and appeals)

- Essential skills for dealing with a grievance
