Managing grievances
Aimed at managers and supervisors, this course will give you the necessary knowledge and skills to deal with workplace grievances quickly and effectively. Learn what a grievance could look like and understand why they are submitted. Learn how to effectively manage the grievance process, both informally and formally, and from start, to finish. Develop the essential skills required to ensure that things do not go wrong and learn what an appropriate remedy or resolution looks like.
