Managing disciplinaries

In this half day course aimed at Managers and Supervisors, delegates will learn about the process and policy application of managing a disciplinary case, from investigation through to the appeal stages. Delegates will learn about employment law, and the challenges managers face when dealing with disciplinary incidents in the workplace.
