The course consists of five sessions

•    OSH For the operational manager – what makes a culture?
•    Understanding OSH risks for managers
•    Measuring OSH performance
•    Personal effectiveness

Duration

This is designed as a 2-day course or 12.5 hours.

Assessment

This qualification has a 30-minute multi-format assessment and an action plan.

Outcome / Next Steps

A certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the course.
