In this half day course, delegates who are newly elected employee reps or members of works councils will learn about the legal frameworks and regulations, their rights, roles and responsibilities. They will learn how to communicate with the business and get the best out of their role and the critical position they hold. Delegates will learn the skills, knowledge, and practical knowledge to become an established employee representative.
