Conducting Workplace Negotiations

 

This half day course is aimed at managers, HR professionals, employee and trade union representatives. On the course delegates will learn how to recognise their own negotiation style, the format of negotiations, and how to improve your own negotiation skills. You will learn about the art of virtual and face to face negotiations, including how to get the best out of both methods. We will also discuss and cover negotiation fatigue and how to get people back on board when negotiation has become too drawn out or repetitive.
