CQI IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Course

CQI IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor course will give delegates the understanding and confidence to effectively audit a Quality Management System with internationally recognised techniques including practical exercises and case studies. Using a step-by-step method, you will be taken through the entire audit process.

This CQI IRCA certified course will help delegates understand the key principles and practices of an effective QMS audit in line with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011:2018 “Guidelines for auditing management systems”.

This course is designed for delegates who have responsibility within a QMS or will be involved in the auditing of such systems. It will also benefit people who manage quality or purchasing within their organisations and wish to gain maximum benefit from the QMS audit process.

Pre-requisites

Before starting this course, delegates are expected to have a knowledge of the following quality management principles and concepts: The PDCA cycle, the relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction, and the process approach used in quality management.

• Auditor skills and techniques for process auditing
• Build confidence within your organisation that you understand the latest QMS developments
• Understand ISO 9001:2015 requirements for audit application
• Plan, action and report auditing activities

Duration

This course is completed over 5-days.

Assessment

At the end of the course, delegates will take a closed book examination.

Learners who successfully complete the course and pass the exam will receive an internationally recognised CQI IRCA approved Lead Auditor certificate for the ISO 9001:2015 standards
