CQI IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Course

CQI IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor course gives delegates an understanding of the requirements of auditing Quality Management Systems and teaches the benefits and pitfalls involved with auditing a QMS.

An ineffective audit can result in process failures, customer frustration and a damaged reputation. This course will give delegates the knowledge and confidence to perform a successful audit and ensure the processes you have in place are right for the business. They’ll also learn how to report findings in a clear and effective manner.

This course is designed for delegates who are involved in the auditing, preserving or monitoring of a Quality Management System. 

Pre-requisites

Before starting this course, delegates are expected to have a knowledge of the following quality management principles and concepts: The PDCA cycle, the relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction, and the process approach used in quality management.

• The benefits and pitfalls in auditing such systems
• Assessing the control process
• The techniques and skills required to help audit your organisation

Duration

This course is completed over 2-days.

Assessment

There is no examination for this course. Successful completion of the course is measured by continuous assessment; learners are required to actively participate in and show good understanding during group discussions, exercises and knowledge checks.

Outcome / Next Steps

Learners who successfully complete the course will receive an internationally recognised CQI IRCA approved Internal Auditor certificate for the ISO 9001:2015 Standards.
