NOTE: On 31 October 2020, the Government announced a second lockdown in England and the extension of the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS) for a further month. Accordingly, the implementation of the JSS Open has been postponed until the CJRS comes to an end. These template letters are based on the guidance that was available as at 26 October 2020. They remain available here for your reference, but please note that we expect the Government to issue further guidance on the JSS Open prior to its implementation and we will be updating these templates once that guidance is available.
