The Make UK Manufacturing Awards are here to celebrate excellence and innovation in UK manufacturing – and we would love to hear about your achievements.

We recognise the individuals and teams driving the industry forward with innovative ideas. And we encourage the rising stars and future talent who are on their way to becoming the next generation of manufacturing leaders.

So who in your team deserves the industry’s recognition?

For the best chance of success, follow our top five tips for writing your entry:

  1. Include facts and figures, and back up your statements with quantifiable data.
  2. Add in employee testimonies, photographs, charts and any supporting documents that enhance your case.
  3. Discuss any challenges you encountered, and how they were overcome. This shows perseverance and dedication.
  4. Be concise. The judges aren’t looking for beautiful prose, it’s about the story you have to share.
  5. Take a leap of faith, don’t put off applying. Now is as good a time as any!
