The Worker Protection Act 2023 is a significant piece of legislation that aims to strengthen the rights and protections afforded to employees across the country. This Act has been introduced to address gaps in existing labour laws, ensuring that workers are treated fairly, paid adequately, and work in safe environments.

It will help you Identify inappropriate behaviour and comments, and outline the responsibilities placed on your manager or employer to foster a positive culture in the workplace. If you experience sexual harassment in the workplace, it will help with what actions you should take and explain how a business should handle sexual harassment complaints and develop steps to prevent sexual harassment.
